Nightwing v1 043 - Nite-Wing 03

Well, that's a pretty tangled filling issue.
The two Wings (Night and Nite) are escaping from the explosion to hide in a safe, but at down, they are waited by the SWAT, from who they can hardly run away.

Behind the whole thing is some complex gang war, into which the corrupt part of the police also joined. Anyway, Nite-wing was lured to the building by his police commander (Francis Redhorn) to settle him, but still is not clear the whole thing for him (Redhorn), so he (Redhorn) sends Mac Arnot to look after the things. Torque (the rear-facing head guy, the dynamited) kidnapped Bendel-White (his house was blew up) and replaced him with a corpse. Torque wants Bendel-White for help to get Blüdhaven. The chief gangster of the city, Blockbuster is dying in heart trouble, and only a gorilla heart transposition can save him (because his huge dimensions). It is therefore very important for him that a speaking gorilla, Grimm (no relation to the story-telling brothers) takes him to Gorilla City (and for us, it will be the major thread).

Nightwing thinks a good idea to take Nite-Wing for his sidekick that he will his own little Robin. Also, Nightwing's landlady, Bridget Clancy is in love with him, but seeing that hopeless thing, she is pretending as if they are only dudes.
Chuck Dixon has well entangled the already tangled threads. And is not much space for Greg Land's talent.
